Prize Draw Rules

1. Eligibility to enter

   This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over. The promoter's employees and their immediate family and household members, and employees and their immediate families and household members of the promoter's parent company (Jumbo Interactive Limited) and its associated subsidiaries, are prohibited from participating in this prize draw.

2. Starting date and closing date

   This prize draw began on Sun 29 Sep 2024 and will close on Sat 26 Oct 2024 at 8pm. Any ticket purchases after the closing date will not be considered qualifying purchases for the purpose of this prize draw.

3. Further information on how to enter

   Each ticket purchased on Kingston Community Lottery or another participating lottery before the closing date will provide you with one entry into this prize draw. There is no limit to the number of entries per person. Please note that:

   1. Entries that do not comply with these rules will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.

   2. In circumstances where we have not received payment for your ticket (for instance, if you pay by direct debit and your payment date falls after the date of the prize draw), your ticket will still be eligible for entry into his prize draw. However, if you are selected as a winner and we do not receive full payment for your ticket on the due date, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining entries.

4. Prize

   The prize is as described below. The prize may only be awarded to the winner and is non-transferable.

5. Selection of the winner

   The winner of this prize draw will be selected using random number generator (RNG) software from all eligible entries in accordance with these rules. There will be one winner selected.

6. Notifying the winner

   The promoter will notify the winner by telephone, email and/or letter within two (2) weeks of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries (and that winner will also have 28 days to respond to their notification).

7. Publicity and personal information

   1. We will use your personal information to process your entry and to contact you about your entry in accordance with our Privacy notice.

   2. The surname and county of the winner will be published on the Kingston Community Lottery website and the websites of other participating lotteries. If you do not want your surname and county to be published, please email [email protected] prior to the closing date of this prize draw.

   3. You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this prize draw if you are selected as the winner.

      This prize draw may be promoted on multiple lottery websites operated or managed by the promoter.

   3. Limitation of the promoter's liability

      While nothing in these rules will limit the promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to this prize draw or which are caused by a third party.

      This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with social media platforms, including Facebook, X, Youtube or Instagram.

   5. Applicable law; forum for disputes

      The laws of England and Wales apply to these rules. Any disputes relating to this prize draw or these rules will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, although if you are a resident of Scotland, you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of Scotland.

   6. Changes to these rules

      The promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to make reasonable changes to these rules. Such changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this webpage. If any significant changes are made which would affect your right to participate in this prize draw, we will give you notice of these changes by email.

   7. Cancellation due to circumstances outside of the promoter's control

      The promoter reserves the right to cancel this prize draw if circumstances outside of the promoter's control prevent the promoter from operating this prize draw, including but not limited to the following events: acts of God, epidemic or pandemic, terrorist attack, civil war or disturbance, war or armed conflict, imposition of sanctions or breakoff of diplomatic relations, action taken by a government or public authority, collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident, cyber attack or interruption or failure of utility service.

Prize will be puchased from apple.com and shipped directly to the winner, once winner's details have been confirmed. Colours may vary. Delivery may take longer if availability is low. When purchase has been made, tracking information will be emailed to the winner. Any disputes from this point are between the winner, and Apple. Gatherwell takes no responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping, or after delivery. Registering for warranties is the responsibility of the winner

Terms and conditions

1. Eligibility to participate

   This customer referral program is open to existing customers of Kingston Community Lottery who have already purchased tickets and remain compliant with the Game Rules of Kingston Community Lottery.

2. How to refer a friend or family member to Kingston Community Lottery under this program

   The promoter will provide you with a referral code which will be available in your online account. To refer a friend or family member under this program: you must (i) provide your referral code to them; and (ii) they must purchase at least one ticket and enter the referral code during the checkout process. You can use your referral code to refer an unlimited number of friends or family members while this program is active, provided that you comply with these terms and conditions and the Game Rules of Kingston Community Lottery. You can use your referral code to refer the same friend or family member multiple times, but you and they may only qualify for a referral incentive once per month. Please note that anyone that you refer must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland).

3. Referral incentive

   1. You will be eligible for a referral incentive for each successfully referred customer.
   2. The friend or family member who you have referred will also be eligible for a referral incentive.
   3. The referral incentive is one entry into a prize draw to win a £200 Amazon gift voucher (per successfully referred customer) for both you and the friend or family member you have referred. Multiple ticket purchases do not provide multiple entries into the prize draw. There is no substitute prize or cash alternative. The prize may only be awarded to the winner and is non-transferable.

   The prize draw will take place on a monthly basis during the first week of that month, and will include all eligible entries from the previous month.
